Identifiers
This option allows the Administrator to create Custom Identifiers (these are used to categorize Client Travel Preferences e.g. CR = Cruise) Identifiers created by the Administrator can be added to a Clients profile –
(these are generally used to enable selected exports of client profiles for use in Mail or eMail Merges by Identifier and SMS lists).
The standard options are applicable – to Create a New Identifier select that Option Add or Update
Note: it is no longer necessary to store the Source of a clients business in Identifiers as the Client Source can recorded in the Trip itself.
