To Import a PNR NOT previously imported in Vto Ultimate

Select Your GDS and the following window opens

Simply enter the Record Locator (Reloc) the select Next Step

Select a passenger as being the Lead PAX then ... Next Step

Select Create New then Do Import and your new Trip will be displayed
