When you need help with a particular process in VTO all you have to do is select "Contact Support" from below your login on the Top tool Bar

you will be prompted to communicate you request via email direct from VTO
The Subject is Normally the Trip Number you need assistance with
Then enter you Brief Message e.g. please call re ... OR need help with ....
