Merge PNR
To MERGE a New Sector or Sectors into an Exiting Trip Select the MERGE PNR Option
This will prompt you to enter the Record Locator for the PNR you desire to retrieve and Merge then Select Save Changes
- you can Merge a NEW PNR into a Trip which already contains an imported PNR (normally this would be for adding extra PAX to the Trip or updating the Trip with additional sectors from a NEW PNR)
- You can Merge a PNR for an UnRelated Client into an Existing Trip Created from a PNR E.G. Merge Bill Smith's PNR with Jack Brown's Exiting PNR (different People from the Same Company into the One Trip)
- You can Merge Passive sectors (created in the 1A Selling platform using VTO Smart Flows) into an existing PNR Created or manually created Trip.
Types of Sectors you can Merge include AIR - Accommodation - Car Hire - LCC - Cruise Sectors - Rail - Coach - Transfer - Tour Sectors and more.....
