Select FORMS - Supplier Commission Invoice - Select as many Conditions as required on the form - Add a free form Comment in the fields provided

Select the Pax included in the sector/s

Select the Check Box adjacent to the Product Code on the sector or Sectors you require an Invoice for

Select Generate Form which will in turn allow you to Print locally or Email to the client
