There are three types of Itinerary available in Vto

Travel Itinerary

Costed Travel Itinerary

Tax Invoice Itinerary

By default all imported sectors conform to the Strict option

This format is selectable during the creation of manual trips, the presentation is an easy to read format with clearly defined columns -

all sectors are automagically ordered based on the order of Travel

Select FORMS - Travel or Costed Travel Itinerary - Select as many Conditions as required on the form - Add a free form Comment in the fields provided

Select Generate Form which will in turn allow you to Print locally or Email to the client
