Traditionally up till October 1st in Australia all merchant service fees were charged by the Payment Gateways, Kovena, Mint and TravelPay, Now those merchant fees are meant to be absorbed by the Merchant (You the Travel Agency) so in VTO Ultimate we have built a simplified option for Increasing the the sector prices by the agreed rate between You and the Gateway Provider typically somewhere between 1.27% and 1.8% depending and the card your Client Uses to pay the Invoice.
lets look at the process for marking up the Sector or Sectors you select to revalue - first select the Option -Bulk Update Commission
and you be presented with this Modal where you enter the desired % to increase the sector by the select "Calculate"
and you'll be taken to this Modal where you can select the sector or sectors you want to revalue then press "Apply Changes"
And the a the % increased will display as a Markup in the Sector Detail
If you are processing the payment in office the next step is to go ahead and process via the Payment gateways Option
Next do what you have always done with regard to receipting payments from Clients
then that payment will auto generate a fully allocated negative sector and the sector or sectors you selected fully allocated
